Ingredients:
- 1 cup of warm water (not boiling)
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey
Instructions:
- Warm the water gently. (Too hot can destroy honey’s enzymes.)
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning, or 30 minutes before exercise for an energy boost.
