Ingredients:
- 5–6 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Optional: a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil (for extra cooling relief)
Instructions:
Step 1: Peel and Crush the Garlic
- Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the allicin.
Step 2: Warm the Olive Oil
- In a small pan, gently heat the olive oil (low heat).
- Add the garlic and stir for 5–10 minutes. Do not fry or overheat.
Step 3: Cool & Strain
- Let the oil cool down.
- Strain out the garlic and pour the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.
Step 4: Add Essential Oils (Optional)
- Add 5 drops of eucalyptus or peppermint oil for an extra soothing effect.
How to Use It:
- Apply a small amount to painful joints before bed or after a warm shower.
- Massage gently in circular motions for 5 minutes.
- Wrap the joint with a warm towel or cloth to help absorption.
- Use daily for 2–3 weeks to feel lasting results.
