Cook the Garlic Chicken
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Wraps
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re pliable.
- Spread mayonnaise (or garlic aioli) over each tortilla.
- Add a layer of lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Top with the cooked chicken.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
Wrap and Toast
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- In a clean skillet or on a panini press, toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve Hot
- Slice in half for easier eating.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve with extra garlic sauce, ranch dressing, or marinara for dipping.

- Extra garlicky? Mix roasted garlic into the mayo for deeper flavor.
- Make it spicy: Add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce inside the wrap.
