Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente (about 1–2 minutes less than package instructions).
- Drain and set aside.
Cook the Meats
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil.
- Add ground beef and sausage, breaking them up as they cook.
- When almost browned, add pepperoni and ham.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Combine with Sauces
- Add pizza sauce and marinara to the skillet.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Assemble the Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half the pasta, then half the meat sauce, then half the mozzarella and cheddar.
- Repeat the layers.
- Top with Parmesan and extra pepperoni slices for that pizza look.
Bake & Serve
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips & Variations
- Extra flavor: Add sautéed mushrooms, onions, or green peppers between layers.
- Make-ahead: Assemble up to 1 day in advance and refrigerate; bake when ready.
- Freezer-friendly: Freeze before baking for up to 2 months, then bake from frozen (add 15–20 minutes to cooking time).
