Cook the Pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente (about 1–2 minutes less than package instructions).
  • Drain and set aside.

Cook the Meats

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil.
  • Add ground beef and sausage, breaking them up as they cook.
  • When almost browned, add pepperoni and ham.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Combine with Sauces

  • Add pizza sauce and marinara to the skillet.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Assemble the Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half the pasta, then half the meat sauce, then half the mozzarella and cheddar.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • Top with Parmesan and extra pepperoni slices for that pizza look.

Bake & Serve

  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
