Prep the Tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse tomatoes and pat them dry.
- Place them in a bowl or directly on a baking sheet.
Season Well
- Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.

- Toss until all tomatoes are well coated.
Roast to Perfection
- Spread tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, or until they’re soft, blistered, and slightly caramelized.

- Serve warm over toasted bread, toss with pasta, spoon over grilled chicken, or enjoy as is.
